“Under the Sea” is a poker league that needed a brand to fit the aesthetic of a professional league while also giving whimsy to the name. Using elements of the ocean and references to the game, this sporty mascot allowed the league to feel competitive and polished while still embracing its playful underwater theme.
The Concept
The logo captures the spirit of strategy and depth through a bold octopus mascot, a creature known for intelligence, adaptability, and calculated precision. With cards in hand and eyes locked in focus, it represents players who think several moves ahead. Layered blues reflect the ocean’s mystery, while gold typography and suit symbols signal high stakesand championship energy.
